Ignore or Remove Reminders From Any Folder. You can now disable reminders that you don't need in the shared folders. Also, by using the "Ignore Reminders" checkbox in the "Management Panel" you can disable reminders that arrive to your folder from other users. It is convenient for Outlook 2007, where reminders are supported in all folders, not only the default ones.

Improved Sharing Invitation Form. Now, when you receive a new invitation to share a folder, different destination folder options are available to choose from with detailed explanations of each option. Click here to learn more.
Changed Calendar and Tasks Re-send Filters. With improved Calendar and Tasks filters you can now filter data during the re-send process more accurately.
Ability to Temporarily Cancel Sharing of a Folder or Deactivate Folder Sharing. The ability to temporarily disable sharing of a folder is now implemented for advanced administrative purposes, allowing you to additionally control what data will be sent or received during a period of time. Before going on vacation, you can temporarily disable your folder sharing (stop receiving updates from other sharers) without any trouble for other sharers. Ability to Disable Sharing Completely. For advanced administrative purposes, the sharing process can now be completely disabled on all team members' computers from one computer only.

Fixed Problems and Other Updates
When a shared folder was deleted, items could not be shared again in a new folder in some cases
A file deleted in the synchronized document folder would arrive back to the user who deleted it

Issues with the right-click menus in Outlook 2007

New Features and Changes in Version 2.50:
Sharing Files in Windows folder (folder on hard drive). By enabling synchronization of an Outlook folder with a Windows folder you can now share any documents and/or files on your hard drive. Any changes in this folder are automatically processed and shared by ShareO even if Outlook was not running when modifications were being made.
Add documents and/or other files easily with "Add Document" form. A simple and easy-to-use form to place documents into Outlook folder is now added to the ShareO menu.
Paste Files in right-click folder menu. For quick paste, the "Paste Files" command is now added to the right-click menu of Outlook e-mail type folders.
Re-configure of sharing settings from one folder to another. An additional action is now available in the "Management Panel", "Folder Settings" tab - re-configure the sharing settings from one Outlook folder to another.
Important Note for customers with previous versions: The New version update requires reactivation.
New Features and Changes in Version 2.40:
Free/Busy Information Sharing. Share and access yours and your Contacts Free/Busy time via the Scheduling Tab of the Appointment / Meeting Request or use Group Schedules in the Calendar folder. With the Shared Calendar this feature will help you schedule all your meetings and appointments. Always know your co-workers' and friends' free/busy time without disclosing the subject and private details.
The "Private appointments as blanks” check box is added to ”Sharing Settings” under ”Share” section. This enabled option will allow you to share private appointments without disclosing the appointment subject and other private details, only showing the scheduled time. The other users will be able to see your shared private appointments as blanks.
Automatic division by data size of data messages sent via e-mail. Now you can avoid ISPs' (Internet service providers') and e-mail accounts' limitations on sending large amounts of shared data and updates. The program will automatically divide the shared data into 5Mb units (by default), compress, and send them. It is especially useful for smooth sharing/synchronization of e-mails with large attachments, documents, and first-time sharing of large Inbox, Contacts and Calendars folders to avoid the loss of shared data.
Update the sent confirmation message. After the "update being sent" progress bar appearance or after synchronization the confirmation message about the update complete transfer can be displayed.
Confirmation message of data deletion by other user. The message about the first occurred deletion of shared data by the other user is displayed if the "Do not delete item if deleted by other user” option is enabled in ”Sharing Settings”.
Improved bug reporting system.
